OUR PASTOR
James Ramseyer
James and his wife, Lydia grew up in Pontiac, IL. James joined the United States Marine Corps immediately after high school and spent 2 years in Okinawa, Japan where he was saved by God's immeasurable grace. After a brief stint on the mission field in Macedonia in 2015, James and Lydia settled just outside Quantico, Virginia where God grew their faith and their family for 10 years. In 2025, James was called to be the pastor of New Beginnings Baptist Church. Having returned to the Midwest with 3 young boys (Philip, Ezra, and Simeon) James and his family are eager to work toward Gospel-centered revival throughout the Midwest. In his free time, James enjoys hiking with friends and family, playing disc golf, and reading. You can reach James via email at [email protected].
